Description

The subject of this contract is the negotiation of a framework agreement containing the contractual conditions for the performance of individual partial contracts for the purchase of air tickets and the provision of related services. The framework agreement (hereinafter also referred to as the ‘Agreement’) will be concluded with one supplier. Public contracts or partial/implementation contracts will be awarded on the basis of the Contract according to the conditions set out in the Contract. The Client shall, on the basis of the Contract, in the manner specified therein, always order performance at the time and to the extent according to its current need. The contracting authority is not obliged to draw performance from the Contract. The exact definition of the subject of the public contract and other requirements for its performance, including information, conditions, specifications and other data, are specified in detail in Annex 1 to the tender specifications.
