Poland-Legnica: Credit granting services

The subject matter of the contract is the granting and servicing of long-term loans granted in Polish zlotys to the Agency for Regional Development ARLEG S.A. for:
I. Long-term investment loan for the construction of a business incubator in Legnica.
The construction of the Entrepreneurial Incubator in Legnica consists of: construction of two new buildings for office use, adaptation to the offices of the existing facility, construction of water, sewerage and rainwater connections and demolition of storage building No 1. ‘old mill’ and land fencing and land management around the plots with the following numbers: 1071,1082,1070/2 and 1093/1, Fabryczna Circle at Legnica at Pl. Freedom 4 and ul. Anielewicza 3. The investment is located in the conservation conservation area ‘B’.
Amount of credit: PLN 4700000 (four million seven hundred thousand Polish zlotys) net,
(2) Credit guarantee: a contractual mortgage of up to PLN 4700000 (four million seven hundred thousand zlotys) on the property of the Enterprise Incubator covered by KW Land Book No LE1/00041245/4 located in Legnica, at ul. Freedom, owned by KW, and KW LE1/00091087/3 located in Legnica, at ul. Anielewicza in the law of perpetual usufruct, blank promissory note;
3 Lending period 15 years after the granting of the first tranche of the loan,
The following tranches are put at the disposal of the Contracting Authority on the date of signature of the contract: in accordance with the timetable for the execution of the construction works.
5) Terms of repayment of the credit: equal monthly loan instalments and decreasing interest period -162 monthly instalments according to the repayment schedule, first instalment after the grace period for repayment of instalments for 18 months after disbursement of the first loan tranche
6) Interest will be paid on a monthly basis on the amount of credit actually used as at the last day of the calendar month in question.
7) Terms of interest on the loan: WIBOR-3M + margin that cannot be increased during the loan period.
8) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the quantity of instalments to be paid, the amount of the instalments and the time limit for their disbursement without incurring additional fees and commissions.
9) How funds are mobilised – into the Contracting Authority’s bank account.
II. VAT turnover credit:
Amount of credit: PLN 800000 (eight hundred thousand Polish zlotys),
(2) Credit guarantee: Mortgage contract entered into in favour of a bank for the ownership of land located in Legnica at Pl. Freedom and perpetual usufruct of land in Legnica at ul. Anielewicza.
3 Loan period 2 years after the granting of the first tranche of the loan
4) The placing of the loan at the disposal of the Contracting Authority in monthly instalments:
5) Terms of repayment of the credit: direct refund of excess VAT from the Tax Office
6) Interest will be paid on a monthly basis on the amount of credit actually used as at the last day of the calendar month in question.

8) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the quantity of instalments to be paid, the amount of the instalments and the time limit for their disbursement without incurring additional fees and commissions.
