The subject of this contract is the selection of a consultant within the meaning of Article 166 of the Spatial Planning Act (SPA) for assessing the conformity of investment projects and exercising construction supervision in the implementation of construction reconstruction and modernization of outdoor artificial lighting systems in ten settlements of Dobrichka municipality. The construction subject of the consultancy service is category III (third) in accordance with Article 6(1)(3) of Regulation No 1 of 30 July 2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction - 3.
