Description

Wishing to benefit from the funding allocated under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, the call for projects dedicated to equipping pre-university education establishments and related establishments with furniture, teaching materials and digital equipment, Arad County ATU prepared the project ‘Equipping pre-university education establishments and related establishments in Arad County with furniture, teaching materials and digital equipment’. In order to define it, we started from the need identified at the level of the educational units subordinated to Arad County Council and other educational units and related units in Arad County. In this regard, the needs of 17 pre-university education units with legal personality have been identified.In this procedure, Arad County ATU performs the role of Contracting Authority, and the final beneficiaries will be pupils and teachers from the pre-university education units in Arad County, as follows: Arad School Center for Inclusive Education, "Saint Mary" Special High School Arad, "Lazăr Tâmpa" Secondary School Almaş, "Corneliu Micloși" Secondary School Covăsânţ, "Ioan Buteanu" High School Gurahonţ, "Moga Voievod" Technological High School Hălmagiu, Pauliş Secondary School, "Sabin Manuilă" Secondary School Sâmbăteni. Taking into account the identified needs, it can be concluded that the problems of the education system in Arad are identified with those at national level in terms of quality, equity and infrastructure, difficulties that, if not solved, will limit the possibility of developing a modern knowledge-based society in which knowledge tends to become the main feature of many activities, more than the resulting products or services, and which, together with new information and communication technologies, can radically change economic and social activities. Educational units where children with special educational needs learn are equipped with the minimum necessary psychological tests purchased about 10 years ago, but insufficient for the number of psychodiacnosis practices. Psychological assessment of children with SEN provides information on the level of development of children, the difficulties they have, helping specialists to identify the right strategies and the direction of their recovery and approach. By purchasing psychological tests, but also by equipping educational units where children with special educational needs learn, access and participation in education of children with disabilities and/or SEN will also be improved. It was identified the need to equip with school teaching materials a total of 8 counseling and psycho-pedagogical assistance offices and a school cabinet, of which 3 belong to the educational units subordinated to the Arad County Council, respectively 6 belong to other pre-university educational units in Arad County. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is no more than 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, and the deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended.
