Description

Pirkanmaan ELY-keskus käynnistää tällä hankintailmoituksella tarjouskilpailun TIESUUNNITELMAN LAATIJAN hankkimiseksi hankkeella "Vt 12 ja kt 65 liikennejärjestelyt Hiedanrannan kohdalla, Tampere, tiesuunnitelma”. Kantatie 65 ja valtatie 12 toimivat Tampereen sisääntuloväylänä, jonka liikenteestä suurin osa alkaa tai päättyy Tampereelle. Kantatie 65 ja valtatie 12 muodostavat itä-länsisuuntaisen yhteyden Tampereen keskusta-alueen läpi ja tiejakson liikenteellistä merkitystä korostaa sen sijainti Tampereen kannaksella. Valtatie 12 kuuluu maanteiden pääväyliin ja kantatie 65 on osa muuta päätieverkkoa. Tiesuunnitelman tarkoituksena on määrittää valtatielle 12 ja kantatielle 65 parantamisratkaisut, joiden avulla tiejakso saadaan vastaamaan pääteiltä odotettavaa palvelutasoa. Tiesuunnitelma sisältää mm. seuraavat toimenpidekokonaisuudet: - Paasikiventien Vt 12 osuus parannetaan 3+3 ja kt 65 osuus rakennetaan 2+2 tienä uudelle linjaukselle - E1 Vaitinaron eritasoliittymä - E2 Hiedanrannan eritasoliittymä - Pispalan valtatien Hyhkyn tasoliittymän parantaminen - Rinnakkaiskatu K1 maankäytön liittymineen - Pyörätiejärjestelyt
