Description

Deze co-exclusieve opdracht omvat;
het commercialiseren en verkopen van 37 marktconforme nieuwbouwappartementen en 50 on-dergrondse parkeerplaatsen binnen het project ‘Kaai 24’, eigendom van sogent.
Het betreft CASCO-plus afgewerkte appartementen waarbij de opdrachtnemer sogent adviseert over de verdere afwerking (keuken, badkamermeubilair etc…) van de appartementen alvorens de verkoop start.
De opdrachtnemer kan ook, zonder meerprijs en binnen het opgegeven ereloon, gevraagd worden om de kandidaat-kopers te begeleiden in hun afwerkingskeuze, bestaande uit een door de op-drachtnemer en sogent op te maken limitatieve lijst.
De opdrachtnemer staat in voor de opmaak van het verkoopdossier, het voeren van publiciteit, bezichtigingen inplannen en uitvoeren.
De opdrachtnemer maakt vervolgens een verkoopcompromis en legt deze ter goedkeuring voor aan sogent.
