The subject of the contract is a service entitled: ‘Receipt, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in the Municipality of Kłoczew and from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point in 2025’. The Contractor undertakes to collect, transport and manage the entire municipal waste stream from property owners residing in the Municipality of Kłoczew, according to the list received from the Contracting Authority, as well as from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point, in a way that ensures that the Municipality achieves appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduces the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities together with applicable implementing acts.
