Project management assistance for the design and construction of a non-hazardous waste storage facility (ISDND) on the territory of the agglomeration The main objective of this mission for the AMO is to organize, on behalf of the Béziers Méditerranée agglomeration, the implementation of the ISDND project in the most efficient way possible, through the missions that will be entrusted to it and this with the aim of ensuring the delivery of the ISDND equipment, with a view to its operation, before saturation of the current ISDND located at ISDND Saint-Jean de Libron (at this stage estimated for the end of 2029 by our current decree (given to be reassesssed by the AMO), in order to avoid any disruption of public service relating to the treatment of the waste of the CABM currently concerned by the landfill sector. The contract comprises five tranches: - Firm tranche: Preliminary studies / Topography / Soil studies / Communication - Public consultation - Option 1: Land Mastery - Optional Tranche 2: Project management - Optional section 3: Preparation and follow-up of the PIG file (project of general interest) - Optional section 4: Preparation and follow-up of the Project Declaration (PD) The overall duration envisaged for the execution of all the services is 5 years from the date of notification of the Order of Service to start the delivery of the firm tranche, i.e. the M1 mission. The start-up and deadline for the execution of each of the missions will be ordered by a specific administrative order.
