Description

This contract concerns the conclusion of a framework contract for the on-demand supply of various beverages to local authority Schilde for a period of 48 months. This is a non-exclusive contract. Consequently, local administration Schilde is also free to order elsewhere during the term of the contract. The contractor cannot claim compensation for this. Place of delivery: Various places on the territory of Schilde. Local management Schilde can change the number of delivery addresses as well as the specified delivery addresses during the term of the assignment. Changed or new delivery addresses will be transferred by the client to the supplier in a timely manner. In exceptional cases, on dates that cannot be determined in advance, e.g. at events, it must be possible to deliver to delivery points designated by the board. The inventory list is non-exhaustive. The client reserves the right to also purchase other products, such as unmentioned drinks and / or snacks ..., at the pre-agreed discount within the current framework agreement. The inventory list is based on presumed quantities. Actual orders may deviate from this, which in no case can give rise to compensation. Brand names and packaging units: In order to be able to make a good comparison of the products offered, the current brand names are listed in the inventory. If the provider has these brands in its range, it is requested to indicate their price (basic offer). If the article is not in its range, it can offer another equivalent quality product. In the inventory, he then indicates the name of the brand offered, together with the delivery unit, if these differ from the requested delivery unit.
