Description

The objective of this evaluation is to verify the capacity of the 2 NGOs (ASTM/HIL) to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of awareness raising and development education activities in the context of development interventions, as well as the impact of these activities on the behaviour of the target audiences.
To this end, the quality, results and relevance of the co-financed activities will be assessed as well as the use of the resources made available to NGOs.
This includes in particular:
— assess the validity of the identified public as a problem solving factor,
— assess the quality of the tools, taking into account the communication methods adopted,
— assess (quantitatively and qualitatively) the audience affected by educational tools,
— assess the impact of the dissemination of the tools put in place,
— assess the impact and sustainability of the activities carried out.
