This invitation to tender consists of two parts, namely: Part 1 The research into existing pavements and Part 2 Quality assurance for major maintenance and reconstructions of asphalt pavements The size of the assignment amounts to approximately € 200,000, -on average per year. This size will fluctuate annually and may be below or above the estimated average size in specific years. Partly in view of the CJEU ruling of 19 December 2018 (case C 216/17), the Contracting Authority is obliged to indicate a total maximum quantity that can be purchased under the framework agreements.
