Open, electronic tender for the award of a contract, on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender, solely on the basis of price (lowest price), for the supply of an ‘Information System entitled National System for Link Resolution – Form Handler’, under Acts (a) Special Action ‘Strengthening the capacity of the Hellenic Police for the successful implementation of the Interoperability Framework (ECAI)’ (MIS) 6001953 and (b) Special Action ‘Strengthening the Hellenic Police for the effective handling of SIRENE alerts’ (MIS) 6018239, financed by the ‘Greece Programme – Instrument for Financial Support for Border Management and Visa Policy of the Fund for Integrated Border Management 2021-2027, as specifically described in paragraph 1.3 ‘Summary description of physical and financial subject matter of the Contract’ and in Annex I ‘Technical Specifications – Requirements’; a total value of #1.544.038,79# euro, including deductions, expenses, VAT and the (unilateral) option of the contracting authority.
