Description

1. The subject-matter of this tendering procedure is the supply of reagents, control and consumable materials (hereinafter referred to as the goods) with the lease of an analyser for POCT tests and a refrigerator (hereinafter referred to as the subject-matter of the lease), in accordance with the assortment and quantities specified in the Assortment and Price Form constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ, in accordance with the Offer Form constituting Annex 1 to the FTZ and the Technical Parameters constituting Annex II. 1a to SWZ. 2. In accordance with Article 139 of the Act, the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then make a qualitative selection of the Contractor whose tender will be the highest rated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure. 3. The Contracting Authority does not envisage that the Contractor will carry out an on-site visit.
