The subject of the contract is the execution of design and costing documentation together with author's supervision over the execution of construction works carried out on the basis of the design and costing documentation being the subject of this contract. The subject of the contract (each of its parts) includes the execution of the II Stages for each part, i.e.: a. Stage I – preparation of design and costing documentation, b. Stage II – performing author's supervision over the execution of construction works carried out on the basis of the design and costing documentation which is the subject of this contract. The subject-matter of the contract was divided into three (3) lots: a. Part I - Development of project and cost documentation for the task entitled ‘Soil retention and habitat restoration in the Golub-Dobrzyń Forest District’, which assumes the construction of wooden valves, stone thresholds on ditches and watercourses in the Forest District: Gronowo, Kępa, Łęga’ b.
