Scope
Each municipality has a number of business systems to be connected and later archived in the e-archive.
A set of these connections, as well as assisting in future archiving, is included in the scope.
The service shall support the entire e-archiving process. This includes preparations for the delivery and archiving of the information to the e-archive service and its accounting.
The service also includes additional services such as training, projects, etc.
The service shall also include operation, maintenance, monitoring and support as well as advice related to the service.
