Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the sale, delivery and supervision of the installation of the equipment for the project under the name of: ‘Pilot installation for the production of asphalt emulsions’, under the project ‘green pilot installation for the production of asphalt emulsions modified with nanostructures from waste polymers’, in accordance with the rules laid down
in these terms and conditions, their annexes and the rules for implementing the LIFE programme and those applicable to grants from the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management. The contract is co-financed in the form of grants from two external sources:
co-financing of the LIFE programme and the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management. Maintenance of the equipment includes training, assistance in the operation of the equipment, as well as servicing, and covers a period of 3 years from the delivery and construction of the Procurement Subject.
The subject-matter of the contract covers the sale, delivery and supervision of the installation of the equipment:
1. Polymer composing system with filler whose parameters are described
in Annexes 4 and 5.

No EMUNEW/PP/8.2/2017. The purpose of the contract is to implement a project called: ‘Pilot installation for the production of asphalt emulsions’, which is described in Annexes 4 and 5. Annex 5 was not published together with the other documents relating to the present proceedings for reasons of protection of confidentiality. The method of obtaining access to the contents of Annex 5 is referred to in point XIX.
