Description

Pursuant to the first sentence of Paragraph 46(3) of the EnWG, the City of Hückelhoven announces that the existing road-use agreement for electricity with NEW Netz GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the ‘electricity concession agreement’) on the territory of the City of Hückelhoven expires on 31 December 2021. The city of Hückelhoven is located in the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia and has approximately 40.000 inhabitants (as at 31 December 2017) covering an area of 61.27 km². Qualified energy companies interested in concluding an electricity concession contract with the City of Hückelhoven are invited to express their interest to the City of Hückelhoven.
