Description

Contract for social and other specific services, pursuant to Article 132 in conjunction with Article 359(1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1) The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of a shipment service in domestic trade, consisting in the acceptance from the Consignor of a shipment of correspondence in electronic form, its printing and enveloping with an insert, sending and then its effective delivery in paper form, on the terms specified in the model contract with attachments, constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. 2) As part of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party will use the EPO shipment, i.e. with an electronic confirmation of receipt. 3) The Ordering Party requires that at least 50% of the Contractor's post offices in the City of Poznań have premises conditions that clearly do not hinder access to the collection of parcels for persons with disabilities. Post offices which do not have the technical capacity for independent entry of a person in a wheelchair shall have a bell or other means of notification installed in a marked and easily accessible place which enables a person with a disability to call an employee of an active establishment. 4) Social aspect: 1. In accordance with Art. 2(2)(e) of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to employ, on the basis of an employment contract, at least 1/2 full-time, at least 5 disabled persons within the meaning of the Act of 27 August 1997 on vocational and social rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 44) performing the activities covered by the subject of the contract. 2.
