Description

Les prestations concernent la fourniture et la livraison sur sites de produits de la métallurgie: laminés marchands, poutrelles, tôles, tubes. Le présent accord-cadre est conclu avec montant minimum (sauf lot 3) et avec montant maximum. Il est mono-attributaire. L'accord-cadre donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande dans les conditions fixées dans les documents de la consultation. L'exécution se fera au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande sans négociation ni remise en concurrence.
