France-Saint-Denis: Communications network
Call for expression of interest on the digital dimension of the Grand Paris Express.
The call for expressions of interest (CEI) is a prior public call to inform and gather “technical opinions” on ideas for reflection and action on the digital dimension of the future Grand Paris Express.
This digital dimension is illustrated by a number of ideas and actions identified by the Grand Paris Society (SGP) and meeting the expectations of travellers and local authorities. The GSP wishes to compare its thoughts with the vision of digital players and to gather comments, opinions, ideas or proposals. The GSP wishes to measure the interest of digital players in the implementation of the avenues for action it envisages. Some avenues have a relatively short term impact on the design of metro civil engineering works, such as network deployment. On these aspects, the GSP could therefore launch one or more competitive tendering procedures at the end of the friend, so as to include these actions in the timetable for the construction of the metro. With regard to avenues for action which do not have an immediate impact on civil works, the GSP wishes to define with stakeholders the technological environment and the conditions of support and animation which would facilitate open innovation in the field of services (mobility, daily life, accessibility, information on territories, etc.).
The friend is not a competitive tendering procedure within the meaning of Order No 2005-649 of 6 June 2005 and is therefore not circumscribed by any binding procedural provision. The CEI does not entail any commitment either from Société du Grand Paris or from the market participants who will respond to this consultation.
