Description

The subject of the contract is the 24-hour service of maintaining the continuity of operation of installations and devices supporting the infrastructure of the National Library Server Room in Warsaw at Al. Niepodległości 213 (hereinafter also referred to as ‘Maintenance Service’), and in particular the 24/7 remote supervision of the BMS system, the performance of maintenance and maintenance works and the maintenance of business continuity, including the removal of Failures in installations and devices supporting the infrastructure of the Server Room, as well as the maintenance of Environmental Parameters, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ (hereinafter also referred to as: ‘OPZ’ or ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’), together with Annex No 1 to the OPZ – List of elements covered by the Maintenance Service (forming Annex No 3 to the FTZ).
