Description

The purpose of the tender is to enter into a framework agreement with one (1) Contractor for Guidance on sustainability processes of VvEs. The framework agreement starts on 1-10-2025 and has an initial duration of 4 years. The end date of the agreement is also set at 30-9-2029. After the initial term, the client has the possibility to unilaterally extend the framework agreement twice (2) by one (1) year. The choice of extension is reserved only to the municipality as the client. Tenderers agree to submit a tender for the entire duration. Around 3,000 apartments are housed in 300 VvEs and will also need to be supported to participate in the energy transition.
