Description

The purpose of this consultation is to appoint an auditor for the certification of the accounts of the University Hospital of Rennes. These services fall within the mandate of auditor as provided for by Article L 6145-16 of the Public Health Code and under the conditions mentioned in Title II of Book 8 of the Commercial Code. This is a single public contract (no lot). This is a public contract with tranches in accordance with articles R2113-4 to R2113-6 of the Public Order Code. The firm tranche concerns the control and certification of the institution's annual accounts, including the validation of the opening balance sheet and the production of an audit report for public-interest entities (PIEs). The optional tranche concerns the performance of services other than account certification (SACC) as provided for in Article L821-30 of the Commercial Code. The firm tranche shall be concluded at a total and flat-rate price. The optional tranche is concluded at unit prices. The maximum amount of this instalment is fixed at 60.000,00 Euros excluding tax for its entire period of performance All the services to be/may be carried out are described in the Special Technical Specifications (STS).
