Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of equipment for thin-walled mechanical workshops, together with a model shop and the necessary accessories, as well as the initial installation of the supplied equipment for the Industry Skills Centre – personnel for the aviation industry – in the assortment, quantities and minimum parameters in accordance with the Description of the subject-matter of the contract constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ. The subject of the contract has been divided into two parts in respect of which the Contracting Authority allows partial tenders to be submitted: (1) ‘Part 1 sheet metal working’. (2) ‘Part 2 of the model shop’. The Contractor of his choice may submit a tender for one or both lots of his choice. The Contracting Authority shall not limit the number of lots which may be awarded to a single Contractor. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, including the minimum requirements for the subject-matter of the contract, is contained in Annex No 1 to the SWZ and the Draft Agreement constituting Annex No 5 to the SWZ. 3.
