Description

Framework agreement on the purchase of support services, namely maintenance, repair and replacement of parts for high-capacity multifunctional machines, high-capacity type I/II copiers, or copiers with integrated RFID reader For the optimal operation of high-capacity multifunctional machines, high-capacity type I/II copiers, or copiers with integrated RFID reader from the endowment of the buildings of the Directorate-General for Internal Protection, it is necessary to purchase support services, namely maintenance, repair and replacement of parts. In accordance with Article 160 of Law No 98/2016, as amended, any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications/additional information in relation to the tender documentation by the 20th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications/additional information in relation to the tender documentation 12 days before the closing date for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will not respond to requests for clarifications submitted after the deadline set.
