Description

1.The subject matter of this contract is the refurbishment of pushed barge No. Kź-lll-647 for obtaining a certificate of qualification for inland waterway transport. The barge in question is located on the water surveillance site of the RZGW in Toruń.
The detailed description of the contract is set out in Part III of the ToR – Description of the subject-matter of the contract.
2.The Contractor is recommended, before preparing his tender, to take note of the technical state of the unit by carrying out an on-site visit and to clarify any doubts by asking questions relating to the performance of the contract.
The procedure shall be conducted in a procedure specific to a contract with an estimated value exceeding the PLN equivalent of the amounts laid down in provisions issued pursuant to Article 11(b). 8 of the Public Procurement Act The value of the contract in question shall not exceed the PLN equivalent of the amounts laid down in the provisions issued pursuant to Article 11. 8 of the Public Procurement Act
