Description

The works contract for the reconstruction of the municipal technical centre is divided into 5 lots:
lot 1: Buildings – carcass work
lot 2: Closed and covered
lot 3: Interior fittings
lot 4: Fluid and electricity
lot 5: Landscaping
Following an unsuccessful call for tenders, a negotiated procedure was launched for Lots 1, 3, 4 and 5. Therefore, a restricted call for tenders is ongoing for Lot 2.
The new building will also receive the decentralised services of the Communauté d’agglomération des Lacs de l’Essonne (Communauté d’agglomération des Lacs de l’Essonne). The future municipal technical centre is a technical and institutional building located in the Radars Industrial Zone (ZAC overlapping with the municipalities of Grigny and Fleury-Mérogis).
The plots of land No 106 and No 107 are situated in the territory of Fleury-Mérogis.
The operation will benefit from double road access:
— on the Nord side (Grigny), the extension of Diderot street (excluding the market) will share the site in two
on the southern side (Fleury-Mérogis), the terrain runs along rue Condorce at 160 m.
The operation will be broken down into 2 areas separated by the extension of rue Diderot:
— West side: staff and Visitors Stationary Area – 2 885 m²
— East side: main building + associated outdoor working areas – 10 588 m²
The project areas are:
main building: 4 780 m² mostly for workshop use (including 508 square metres for office use)
— outdoor areas covered: 906 square metres
— exterior cartridge spaces: 10 588 square metres (including above-ground Serres and Tunnel)
Building programme:
— bringing together all the technical control rooms (buildings, roads, green areas, mechanical workshops, shops, taxiing),
— the reprography service,
— the partial relocation of the activities of the Communauté d’agglomération des Lacs de l’Essonne,
— lingery and maintenance storage
