Description

The subject-matter of the contract in the present proceedings is, in particular: 1) lease of a robotic surgical system with the necessary equipment to perform 144 robotic procedures in the area of clinical oncological-colorectal surgery (96) and urology (48), 2) supply of sets of tools, accessories and other medical devices required to perform 144 robotic procedures in the area of clinical oncological surgery - colorectal (96) and urology (48), 3) perform the necessary logistical and installation works to prepare the device for use and its adaptation to the needs of the Ordering Party, 4) train the Ordering Party's staff in the operation of the device, 5) train three operating teams (operator + assistant) - one in the clinical area of urology, two in the area of oncological surgery, 6) provide warranty services during the lease period.
