Předmětem plnění zadávané veřejné zakázky je výběr zhotovitele a uzavření smlouvy o dílo na provedení stavby Přístavba domova pro seniory – administrativní část (Domov U jezera, příspěvková organizace, Hlučín) v rozsahu projektové dokumentace zpracované v prosinci 2011 společností RDPLAN-VILTA projekt s.r.o.
