The subject-matter of the contract was divided into 3 lots with the possibility of submitting tenders for individual lots, i.e. Lot No 1 - delivery, assembly and commissioning of the sequential collector - Pcs. 1 part No 2 supply of assembly and commissioning of the block concentrator – units 2nd part No 3 supply assembly and commissioning supply, assembly and commissioning of a multi-parameter apparatus for simultaneous detection of multiple groups of antibiotics and other antibacterial substances in food of animal origin based on immunological chemiluminescence biochip technology – pcs. 1 The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract includes: 1) delivery of a brand new, manufactured in 2025 or 2026, coming from current production and not used before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary to carry out the test of correct operation, coming from the official distribution channels of the manufacturer, ensuring, in particular, the implementation of the warranty rights of the equipment to the extent specified in the draft contract constituting Annex 6 to the FTZ together with their transport, bringing and assembly (if applicable) and setting up at the place indicated by the Ordering Party. All components of the equipment which is the subject of the contract in question have a CE certificate of conformity attesting to the conformity of the equipment with European safety conditions. The equipment supplied must be marked in such a way that both the product and the manufacturer can be identified. 2) delivery with the order of the warranty documents issued by the manufacturer, as well as all necessary for the proper operation of wires, cables, connectors, etc. (if required for the proper functioning of the product).
