Acquisition and maintenance of MRI injectors and associated consumables for LUSCs
The subject of this contract is the supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance and training of staff in the use of four magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) injectors and the supply of associated consumables necessary for their operation. This equipment is intended for the medical imaging department of the Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc. The contract shall also include all the services necessary for the proper functioning, safe use and continuity of service of the equipment throughout the duration of the contract. Tenderers' attention is drawn to the fact that the contracting authority will attach particular importance to optimising the overall cost of using the equipment over the duration of the contract, including in particular the cost of consumables, maintenance services and the operating conditions of the injectors. The contract is concluded for an initial period of four (4) years from its notification. It may be renewed tacitly for successive periods of one (1) year, provided that the total duration of the contract does not exceed ten (10) years. Renewal shall be limited to six (6) periods of one (1) year each. The contracting authority reserves the right not to renew the contract, without compensation, upon notification to the contractor within a reasonable period before the current deadline. Non-renewal does not confer any right to compensation on the holder.
