Description

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the supply of LP-gas for tank as well as the installation of a tank, the rental of a tank including service and maintenance and the subsequent dismantling/dismantling and removal of a tank set up by the Supplier and to any of the Danish Defence's establishments in Denmark. LP-gas constitutes an essential form of supply at a number of Danish Defence establishments, and is used for space heating in buildings, heating of high temperatures for paint booths, use in kitchen operations and fire drill sites, as well as other special heating purposes. The Framework Agreement is concluded by the Danish Ministry of Defence's Property Agency (hereinafter referred to as "the Danish Property Agency"). However, all units under the Ministry of Defence, including the Danish Defence Material and Procurement Agency (hereinafter referred to as the "Danish Material and Procurement Agency") and all divisions of the Danish Defence which are under the command of the Chief of Defence, are entitled to use the Framework Agreement for the purchase of the Deliverable on the terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement.
