Description

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the supply of LP-gas for tank as well as the installation of tank, the rental of tank including service and maintenance as well as subsequent de-installation/dismantling and removal of a tank set up by the Supplier and to any of the Defence establishments in Denmark. LP-gas constitutes an essential form of supply at a number of the Defence's establishments in Denmark, and is used including for space heating in buildings, heating of high temperatures for paint booths, use in kitchen operations and fire drill sites, as well as other special heating purposes. The framework agreement is concluded by the Danish Defence Property Agency (hereinafter referred to as "the Danish Property Agency"). However, all units under the Ministry of Defence, including the Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (hereinafter referred to as “the Danish Agency for Materials and Procurement”) and all divisions of the Danish Defence under the command of the Chief of Defence, are entitled to use the Framework Agreement for the purchase of the Supplies under the terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement.
