Green Paper on decentralisation and multilevel governance in the Republic of Bulgaria
The subject of this call for tenders is the Green Paper on Decentralisation and Multilevel Governance in the Republic of Bulgaria. The main objective of the public procurement is to develop an in-depth and comprehensive document at national level to present the state of the process of decentralization of government in Bulgaria, outlining the main problems, challenges and trends and raising key issues that will influence decision-making, legislative initiatives and institutional reforms. This main objective will be achieved through the implementation of the following two specific objectives: • Supporting the process of implementing key reforms in the decentralisation of government; • Achieve greater responsibility and solidarity between the different levels of government (multilevel governance) in the interest of citizens, socio-economic development and the European integration of the country.
