Den här upphandlingen avser en förnyad konkurrensutsättning av ramavtalet/avtalsområdet: DIS Tekniska konsulter 28086, VA-TEKNIK Uppdraget omfattar, efter separata beslut av Beställaren, realisering och genomförande av projektet efter färdig projektering och upphandling, fram till godkänd slutbesiktning för överlämning till Beställaren. Beslutspunkter tas fram i framtagandet av en detaljerad projektplan. Uppdraget är uppdelat i två faser, projektering (Fas1) och genomförande (Fas2). Genomförande av Fas2 är avhängt investeringsbeslut efter utförd projektering, kalkylering och upphandling. Fas 2 kommer därför att ropas av som Option.
