The subject matter of the contract includes the supply of toner cartridges for the following copying and printing devices for the purposes of the Bulgarian National Radio: — ink-jet printers and multifunctional devices,
— monochrome laser printers and multifunctional devices,
— colour laser printers and multifunctional devices,
— copiers,
— potato printer, and
— labelled printer.
Detailed information on the performance of the contract is contained in Section II ‘Technical specifications and contract performance requirements’ of the tender documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right not to entrust all of the toners specified in the specification. In the event of exhaustion or out of production of an item, the successful tenderer shall be entitled to replace it with material having identical or better characteristics than that specified in the technical proposal at a price which may not exceed that offered.
