Description

Gegenstand des vergebenen Auftrags sind Projektmanagementleistungen (PML) im Zusammenhang mit der Erprobung von Untersuchungs- und Behandlungsmethoden nach § 137e SGB V. Nach § 137e SGB V kann der Gemeinsame Bundesausschuss (G-BA) bei der Prüfung von Untersuchungs- und Behandlungsmethoden gemäß § 135 SGB V oder § 137c SGB V eine Richtlinie zur Erprobung beschließen, wenn er zu der Feststellung gelangt, dass eine Methode das Potenzial einer erforderlichen Behandlungsalternative bietet, ihr Nutzen aber noch nicht hinreichend belegt ist. Für die wissenschaftliche Begleitung und Auswertung der Erprobungen beauftragt der G-BA eine fachlich unabhängige wissenschaftliche Institution. Nach 2. Kapitel 7. Abschnitt § 25 der Verfahrensordnung (VerfO) richtet der G-BA für die Erprobungen ein Projektmanagement (PM) ein. Das PM unterstützt den G-BA im Sinne einer Projektträgerschaft fachlich und administrativ in allen Phasen der Durchführung der Erprobung.
