This project involves the design, development, realisation and provision of risk-bearing maintenance and energy management for a period of 25 years of a new sports complex consisting of:
— a swimming pool with a main bath of 25 x 15.4 m,
— a 15 x 8 m target group bath,
— a recreational bath of 135 m²,
— a sports hall of 28 x 48 x 7 m,
— a turnkey of 20 x 23 m,
— hospitality and other facilities,
— possible extension to commercial functions.
