Mixed concession of works and public services relating in particular to:
(a) the acquisition of the availability of the existing plant system, carried out by a previous concessionaire;
(b) the final and executive design – after obtaining the preliminary design during the evaluation and acceptance of the proposal – the management of the works, the coordination of safety at the design and execution stage, as well as the execution of works for the adaptation and/or completion of sewage treatment plants, lifting stations and sewage pipes;
(c) the economic and functional management of the entire sewerage and purification system within the area, including scheduled and extraordinary ordinary maintenance of all works and installations, for the duration of 18 years;
(D) the provisional operation of existing installations and works already in operation, with effect from the date of provisional delivery following the final award;
(e) the installation of a comprehensive infrastructure to enable consumption to be read electronically, the user census and the construction of the user cadastre, within the meaning of Article 26 (3) and (4) of Regional Law No 22/2010;
(f) the provision of additional reading and billing services, on behalf of individual municipalities, on a quarterly basis, of the integrated water service tariff;
(g) the charging and collection service of the integrated water service.
