Im Rahmen der Erweiterung des Sonderpädagogischen Zentrums Schwandorf wird die Fachplanung SHL für den Anbau der Einfachturnhalle und Räumen für die Ganztagesbetreuung sowie Brandschutzertüchtigungen nach HOAI vergeben [stufenweise Vergabe gem. angefügtem Mustervertrag]. Die Planung hat eine vollumfängliche Barrierefreiheit zu gewährleisten. Die Planungsleistungen sollen unmittelbar nach Beauftragung im Frühjahr 2025 starten. Die Bezugsfertigkeit ist für 2026/ 2027 angedacht.
