Description

The Contract to be tendered, as described in the tender documents, concerns the provision and implementation of a contract management and management application service. The contract management and management application must be appropriate within the current landscape and organisation of the municipality of Haarlem and Zandvoort and should support the contract management and contract management processes. The Assignment consists of: Providing and implementing a ready-to-use contract management and management application; Migration of ongoing contracts and supplier data to the contract management and management application; Training the functional/technical managers and users within the municipality of Haarlem; Technical management and maintenance (user support) during the term of the agreement. The financial value and size of the Assignment is estimated at EUR 306.000 for the entire duration of the Agreement including optional extension.
