Description

The subject-matter of the contract is a comprehensive service consisting in the disposal and transport of hospital waste generated at the Stefan Żeromski Specialist Hospital in Krakow, together with the provision of containers with a capacity of 1100l in the amount of 10 items, and the reception and export with management of waste with code 19 08 01 - scrap and waste with code 16 80 01 - magnetic and optical information carriers. The Contractor will be obliged to dispose of medical waste in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 5 October 2017 on the detailed method of handling medical waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, No. 1975 . Expected quantities transferred for waste disposal: the estimated weight of the waste group 18 01 03* is approx. 22,000 Mg per month, b) estimated mass of waste group 18 01 02* is approx. 0.260 Mg per month, c) estimated mass of waste group 18 01 01 is approx. 0.020 Mg per month, d) estimated mass of waste group 18 01 04 is approx. 0,300 Mg per month, e) estimated mass of waste group 18 01 82* is approx. 0.150 Mg per month, f) estimated mass of waste group 18 01 06* is approx. 50 kg per year, (g) the estimated weight of group 18 01 09 waste is approx. 50 kg per year. (h) The estimated weight of group 19 08 01 waste is approx. 2,000 Mg per year. (i) The estimated mass of group waste 18 01 09 is approx. 5 kg per year. The contractor must have an incineration plant with an annual incineration capacity capable of receiving and disposing of infectious medical waste from the unit.
