The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide the City of Saint-Maur-des-Fossés with legal assistance and advice in the various fields of municipal activity, as well as assistance or drafting memories with a view to defending the interests of the municipality both in defence and on request and for representation of the community in legal proceedings. The consultation shall be launched in the framework of an appropriate procedure in the past pursuant to Article 28. The consultation will give rise to a framework agreement with multi-contractor order forms without a minimum amount and no maximum amount per lot and per period.
