Description

Remote sensing control services will be carried out for area payment claims submitted by farmers for the 2011 claim year, in accordance with the technical requirements requested in the tender specifications. A total of 103 766 control files are estimated and will be subject to remote sensing checks for the entire duration of the contract and a total area to be processed of 28 480 km². The procurement will take place on 2 (second) lots, depending on the geographical area where the parcels of farmers selected for remote sensing control are located; each lot includes farmers with parcels located in the following Romanian counties:
— lot 1 – Maramures, Bistrita Nasaud, Cluj, Arad, Alba, Timis, Sibiu, Gorj, Brasov,
— Lot 2 – Suceava, Bacau, Vrancea, Galati, Buzau, Braila, Teleorman, Tulcea, Constanta.
The total estimated value of the contract is RON 10 348 529,07, equivalent to EUR 2 434 432,49, excluding VAT.
