The community of Unterschwaningen intends to build a new daycare center in Unterschwaningen. The eligible room programme includes a nursery group, a kindergarten group, as well as an age-mixed group each with adjoining rooms and other associated function rooms, a multi-purpose room, as well as a kindergarten restaurant with fresh kitchen and comprises a total eligible main usable area of 491 m2. An extension possibility to another kindergarten group should be taken into account in the planning. In a feasibility study, various plots of land were examined.
