Description

The subject of procurement includes supply, manufacture, delivery, assembly, installation, programming, elaboration, system integration to full functionality, commissioning, education, and all other activities for complete interior design and furnishing, exterior, permanent exhibition of the building and exterior of the Žitnica mountain hut on Japetić, and in accordance with detailed descriptions, types and quantities determined in the bill of quantities. The construction of the Žitnica mountain hut is a new building with 4 floors - basement, ground floor, first floor and attic. The intended purpose is catering tourism, with the equipment of a permanent exhibition of mountaineering themes and adrenaline sports in the attic. The attic is a multi-purpose hall that, in addition to multimedia and graphic interpretations of topics, includes museological elaboration of exhibits and production of interpretive texts, supply, production, delivery and installation to the full functionality of equipment and furniture, as well as the development of applications necessary for interpretation. The space will be used for workshops, courses, seminars and lectures, so it is necessary to equip it with conference chairs and a chair / folding table and projection equipment. The first floor of the building contains dormitories, janitor's rooms, as well as sanitary facilities. Floor equipment includes supply, manufacture, delivery and installation to the full functionality of furniture and equipment, all in accordance with the project documentation and cost estimate. The ground floor of the building is a restaurant with a kitchen, terrace and entrance area. The restaurant is equipped with multimedia equipment. The equipment also foresees the development of applications such as menus, mountaineering (pub) quiz, juke box and photo display application. The equipment provides for the supply, manufacture, delivery and installation of the lining of the bar counter, space screen with hangers, tables and chairs, benches and terrace equipment, in accordance with the description in the bill of quantities. In the basement of the building there are office rooms, camera management system and remote access, sanitary facilities, engine room and storage. Equipment includes supply, manufacture, delivery and installation to the full functionality of all equipment. Interpretation graphics and spatial signalization follow all floors of the building and the exterior in accordance with cost items. On the newly built lookout, it is necessary to supply, deliver and install a panoramic infoscope, for which it is necessary to prepare announcing, selecting and defining spatial positions of interpretation points.
