The contracting authority is interested in purchasing repair and maintenance services and auto parts for the equipped ambulances. The buyer reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the framework agreement/subsequent contract by written notice, without any compensation, from the date of conclusion of the subsequent contracts, the framework agreements for the purchase of repair services for motor vehicles concluded by the Ministry of Health as a centralised purchasing unit.
