Description

Het zaaksysteem wordt als één perceel in de markt gezet, bestaande uit verschillende onderdelen inclusief gebruik, onderhoud en ondersteuning. De gemeente Schagen zoekt één contractpartij voor alle onderdelen binnen de gehele looptijd van de Overeenkomst.
Doel aanbesteding
Door middel van deze aanbesteding wil de gemeente Schagen haar visie en doelstellingen omtrent het zaakgericht werken en dienstverlening verder concretiseren, hieronder vallen onder andere de volgende aspecten:
“Een zaaksysteem waarmee de processen van dienstverlening en de bedrijfsvoering door middel van zaakgericht werken optimaal ondersteund worden”.
