The subject-matter of this tendering procedure is: Purchase of the Clinical Trials Management System in the Clinical Trials Department together with the System of Electronic Care and Access to Patient Medical Data in the Early Phase Research Centre, the Units for Hospitalisation of Patients in Clinical Trials, the Systems Operation Equipment and the Patient Information Module, in accordance with the project ‘Improving and Increasing the Scientific and Research Capacity of the Clinical Trials Support Centre at the Medical University of Łódź’, in order to provide comprehensive services in the area of clinical trials. hereinafter referred to as ‘goods’, in accordance with the type of assortment and quantities specified in the ‘Assssortment-Price Form’ attached as Annex 2 to the SPC and in accordance with the ‘Offer Form’ attached as Annex 1 to the SPC and the Description of the Subject of the Contract attached as Annex 1.a , in accordance with Annex 1.a.1 – Description of the Clinical Trials Management System and Annex 1.a.2 – Instruction to develop an SOP for the Independent Public Health Care Unit of the University Clinical Hospital No 2 of the Medical University of Lodz University, ul. Żeromskiego 113, 90-549 Łódź, Independent Public Health Care Unit of the Norbert Barlicki University Clinical Hospital No 1, Medical University of Łódź, ul.
