Description

Vanylven municipality plans to implement a competition for a case handling system. Vanylven municipality would like a cloud based case processing system that can export the archive part to an external archive system - for example Documaster or equivalent systems. The case handling system must have a system for political case handling, as well as an option for the publication of political cases and a mailing list. As a starting point, we do not want tailoring, but the system must, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, the Archives Act and the Archive Regulations, cover the normal need that a Norwegian municipality has for such a solution. Before the competition is prepared and announced, the municipality invites tenderers to a market dialogue to get to know the supplier market better and find out what opportunities exist today and what strategies will form the basis for the further development of future case handling systems. We would, thus, like feedback from relevant tenderers before the competition is announced through this RFI.
