Description

The subject-matter of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6. 1 pt. 1 of the Forests Act of 28.9.1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2017, item 788 as amended hereafter: The ‘Forests Act’) covers work on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and scraping timber, shredding residues, extraction of by-products, road maintenance, water drainage, to be carried out in the Polanów Forest District in 2019-2020.
The subject-matter of the contract was divided into 4 lots (hereinafter: “Package”)’
Package I – Forestry: Busino, Krąg, Puławy;
Package 2 – Forestry: Easter, Jacinki, Gołogóra;
Package 3 – grinding of residues
Package 4. operating a ‘PAD’ in a forest district office with an observation point from Warblewo tower;
Packages 1, 2 – two-year contracts.
Packages 3, 4 – these are one-year contracts.
